To create an integration with Zendesk Support in Kloudio, Follow the steps:

  1. Login to your kloudio dashboard

  2. Go to Connections -> New Connection and Click Zendesk Support

  3. Click Zendesk Support under web application section.

  4. It needs subdomain, username and API token.

5. To get your Zendesk support subdomain, please visit Zendesk support dashboard and copy the first part of base URL.

6. Username is your login email to your Zendesk support dashboard.

7. To get API token, please follow the below video.

8. Fill in the details and Click Next:

9. Kloudio will create an integration for you!
