1.) Error in getting user access token or no refresh token found in DB  

Occurs when:  The user changes his Google password.
Solution:
Please follow the below steps to reauthorize Google:
         1. Go to your Google Account https://myaccount.google.com/.
         2. On the left navigation panel, select Security.
         3. On the Third-party apps with account access panel, select Manage third-party              access.
         4. Select Kloudio.
         5. Select Remove Access.
         6. Access Kloudio and then go to your account        https://app.kloud.io/#/app/account.
         7. Enable "Offline Access".

2.) Error while updating named range

Occurs when: The quota limit for write request to Google's API is exceeded
Solution:
Users can reschedule jobs to run at a different time and higher frequency.


3.) Connection timed out after 900000ms

Occurs when: Lambda processing takes more than 15 minutes
Solution:
Query execution should take less than 15 minutes. Please edit the query                        so it can run within 15 minutes.


4.) Value "9999999991" is out of range for type integer

Occurs when: The user's query tries to fetch an integer value which is out of range.
Solution: User action needed for the query.


5.) No data found from database for report: ncEkUdZrOAZIuwfN and report name: Cater To You Roster

Occurs when: No data is found for the report.
Solution: Users can verify in their database that there is no data to query.


6.) Undefined does not exist in this report.

Occurs when: The properties of the report_params field of the job table are in camelCase. Happens while creating schedules if filters were not saved in the pop up.
Solution:
Users need to save the filters in the popup (even if empty), and then save the schedule.


7.) An unknown error occurred.

Occurs When: There is any error in AWS Lambda.
Solution: Contact Kloudio for more details.
