QuickBooks is an accounting software package developed and marketed by Intuit.

Kloud.io's Quickbooks integration allows users to easily create reports from Quickbooks data and run the reports in Google Sheets or Excel. After setting up the integration you'll be able to read, write, upload, and download live Quickbooks data in your spreadsheet!

You can set up Kloud.io's Quickbooks integration in 3 simple steps:

  1. Create a Quickbooks connection

  2. Set up connection settings

  3. Start creating reports

STEP 1: Create a Quickbooks connection

Go to your Kloud.io Connections and click New Connection:

You will then see the screen below. Click the Setup button under the Quickbooks icon:

Enter your Quickbooks login information and proceed to Step 2.

STEP 2: Setup Quickbooks sync settings

Now it's time to setup your data sync settings.

This will enable you to sync your Quickbooks data to a database/data warehouse of your choice. You can also use Kloud.io's data warehouse if you don't have your own.

Simply fill out the required fields as illustrated in the above GIF:
a) Connection name
b) Select database/data warehouse connection (this is where Kloud.io will sync your Quickbooks data)
c) Choose a schema name.
d) Optionally, use Kloud.io's data warehouse if you don't have your own.
e) Select the desired sync frequency

When you're done, click Save & Sync.

STEP 3: Create Kloud.io reports from your Quickbooks connection

Once the Quickbooks connection is created and synced as per steps 1 and 2 above, you can create reports from any synced Quickbooks tables:

You can create reports using our drag and drop visual builder as demonstrated in the GIF above or through SQL. Our visual builder is intuitive and easy to use, but if you need additional help you can reference our guide here

Remember to select the connection and schema that you created in Step 2 when building reports.

Voila! You're all set!

Run the report you created in Google Sheets or Excel and watch your spreadsheet magically populate with the data you need.
