Facebook Ads is a powerful advertising platform for businesses and marketers to engage and convert leads to sales. What’s more, is that it allows you to track and analyze ad conversions in easy-to-build reports.
Kloudio offers users an easy way to leverage Kloudio's reporting with a Facebook Ads integration that compiles ad metrics, engagements and conversions in record time.
The following article will help you get started:
Create a Facebook Ads connection on Kloudio
Setup your connection settings
Start creating reports
STEP 1: Create a Facebook Ads connection
Go to Kloudio Connections and Click the button to create a New Connection.
You will see the below screen. Click the Setup button under the Facebook Ads icon.
Enter your Facebook login information and proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2: Setup Facebook Ads sync settings
Now it's time to setup your Facebook Ads data sync settings.
This will enable you to sync your Facebook Ads data (including ad views, engagements, likes, conversions and more) to a database of your choice.
Kloudio will do this on your behalf by invoking Facebook Ads APIs as per your configured sync frequency.
a) Connection name
b) Select the ad account and the sync frequency.
c) Choose an existing database connection: This is where Kloudio will sync your Facebook Ads data. Once it's synced, it will be available for creating Kloudio reports in builder or SQL mode.
d) Choose a schema name where you'd like your data to be synced
e) You can also optionally use Kloudio's data warehouse in case you don't have any data warehouse to sync your data to.
f) Click Save & Sync.
By now the sync should start running. You will get a confirmation once it's completed running.
STEP 3: Create Kloudio reports from your Facebook Ads connection
Once the Facebook Ads connection is created and synced as per steps 1 and 2 above, you can create reports from ad views, engagements, likes, conversions and more.
Please ensure you select the connection and schema as used in the Facebook Ads connection settings from Step 2.
